These terms govern your use of Jogly, a simple jogging app designed for personal use.

2. Purpose of the app

Jogly is a simple, pressure-free jogging app. It allows you to time a session, track segments, view a summary, compare recent sessions, display charts, and keep a local history.

Jogly is intended for personal, recreational, and informational use.

3. No medical or professional advice

Jogly does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, professional training plans, or personalized sports recommendations.

The information displayed by the app is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for adapting your physical activity to your health, abilities, and environment.

If you have any concerns about your health or ability to exercise, consult a qualified professional.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for your use of Jogly, your safety during your sessions, and your compliance with all laws, rules, and conditions that apply where you run.

You should use caution on streets, trails, parks, roads, public areas, or any other environment.

5. Data and privacy

Jogly works locally on your device. Data generated by the app, such as sessions, durations, segments, statistics, charts, and history, is stored only on your device.

Privacy rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. No account or online backup

Jogly does not require a user account and does not provide online sync or online backup.

If you delete the app, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your local data may be lost.

7. Availability and changes

Jogly may evolve over time. Some features may be added, changed, or removed.

The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of Jogly, including:

These terms are available in French and English. In the event of any interpretation difference between the two versions, the French version prevails.
